I bought this computer for my son. First off let me say I know nothing about computers. However, I can verify the following: Fast shipping. It was not packaged in the first box very where, there was another box inside of the main box which is where the computer tower was. This one was packaged tight. Inside there was some of that foamy expanding stuff that is meant to keep the components from moving around. That was so tight it was almost impossible to remove. Took about 30 minutes of trying very slowly to remove it. Finally, getting past that point, it took a bit longer than normal to power on. We installed World of Warcraft today. It lagged horribly. This was just for a World Boss event in the current content, War Within. We turned the graphics to the lowest setting possible. Really bad frame rates. Decided to try some Delves. Again, just using some of the normal attack buttons it lagged horribly! The information is incorrect on the description about having no lag. Checked to make sure our internet was up to par, still no improvement. My son wanted to play his Helldivers game, that is a STRONG NO WAY, not good at all, will not play. I am aware that Helldivers takes a lot of resources to play but there is no way of getting it to budge. World of Warcraft is supposed to be one of the EASIEST games to play on just about any computer. Always been that way. Unfortunately, I am disappointed in this computer and can not give it a good review. There is something wrong with it. I gave it one star because it did work as a normal computer to play Youtube, but gaming, no, sorry definitely not a gaming computer for anything made in 2024. Oh, we did load steam….it did play a game from 2001 which was Halo.

This is not accurate on the description. I am not recommending this computer. Day one has proven to be an overpriced pc tower with no bells or whistles to compensate for the hiked up price. For a single mom with a kid that just wants to be a kid and have some fun, it’s not worth the trouble we are going through. Very unhappy with this product. Extremely disappointing.
UPDATE only 2 hours into setting up computer it FLASHES GREEN and doesn’t work any longer. This product has to be returned due to it being broken. I don’t recommend this product at all. It is a shame I couldn’t leave it No stars. I am happy with the Amazon Customer Service. They are helping me with this issue as we speak. It will be returned. Don’t buy unless you want issues and a headache. Very upset with this company!

If you know nothing about Pcs you’ll know this definitely is. Budget PC, but it’s Amazing runs almost every game perfectly at mid to low performance for the graphics buts it’s going to be smooth, I suggest getting the Pc and upgrading overtime. But if you just wanna game and not do anything to demanding please get this PC.. Also get an Ethernet cable please 😂

We received one from my cousin and it worked well so we bought one for another kid. Within. 6 months the hard-drive crashed. Thankfully I was able to pull it and send it in for a new one.
I have since put a 3m2nd bigger and better hard-drive in both of these computers and they are working well.
My husband wants a better one for kids #3 but I still think this plus a 3nd hard-drive is cheaper and better than a $700 one from a gaming company.
The kids love the fun colors from the keyboards and mice. Keyboards click a little but that’s typical of gaming keyboards.
Overall, I would buy again and make some alterations.

Pros: easy set up, good for beginners, can run a variety of games like COD, DayZ, Once Human, Dead Island. Has decent storage. Comes with mouse and keyboard
Cons: This is the most basic of computer. Graphics are horrible. It does run a bit slow sometimes.
