This speaker gets loud!! I use it at my work which is a big open space, and it fills the room nicely. It has decent punchy bass and good highs. For $200 this is a really good speaker, you can’t go wrong with this one!

The Sony XG300 Bluetooth speaker is a compact and versatile audio device that delivers impressive sound quality in a portable package. I recently had the opportunity to experience this speaker firsthand, and here’s what I found:

The design of the Sony XG300 is sleek and modern, with clean lines and a compact form factor that makes it highly portable. It features a durable build quality, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The speaker’s minimalist aesthetic blends well with any environment, whether placed on a shelf at home or taken along on a picnic.
    Sound Quality:
Despite its small size, the Sony XG300 produces surprisingly robust sound. The speaker is equipped with dual full-range drivers that deliver clear highs and mids, along with a passive radiator for enhanced bass response. The audio output is well-balanced, making it suitable for a wide range of music genres. While it may not match larger speakers in terms of volume, the XG300 performs admirably for its size.

Connecting to the Sony XG300 via Bluetooth is quick and hassle-free. The speaker supports Bluetooth 5.0 technology, ensuring a stable wireless connection and minimal latency when streaming music from compatible devices. Additionally, the XG300 features NFC (Near Field Communication) for even quicker pairing with compatible smartphones.

The USB-C charging port ensures fast and convenient charging when needed.
    Additional Features:
The Sony XG300 comes with built-in microphone functionality, enabling hands-free calling when paired with a smartphone. The speaker also supports voice assistant integration, allowing you to control playback and access other functions using voice commands.
    Overall Impressions:
The Sony XG300 Bluetooth speaker is a great choice for those seeking a compact and portable audio solution without compromising on sound quality. Whether you’re looking to enhance your home entertainment setup or enjoy music on the go, the XG300 offers a compelling combination of performance and convenience at an affordable price point. I always buy Sony products when it comes to Bluetooth Speakers & Bluetooth Headphones. I’m a huge music listener & their products not only come with an industry best product warranty, but they come with excellent battery life, excellent build quality, & excellent sound quality! I got thos for my birthday, which is tomorrow. I wanted the Sony SRS-XG500, but sadly I didn’t have enough money for it. Is choosing between this & the JBL Xtreme3, which I owned previously.. I would choose the JBL. & For me, that is a major win for JBL. Sony has always been better from what I have experienced. The JBL is slightly louder, slightly more punchy for bass, & the shoulders strap was what I really loved. Sony beats JBL when comparing this model & the JBL Xtreme3 when it comes to overall sound quality & battery life.

Great Speaker. I got it on sale and was not too sure about what to expect. The speaker is awesome, it can handle large space and fill them with perfect sound without any problems, it also works great for smaller spaces. The base is deep. It pairs up to multiple devices and switching between them is super easy. Battery lasts forever and you can charge your phone or other devices with it. Very well built and looks amazing.

Very good for a Bluetooth speaker, only a few areas for improvement.
-The sound quality is very good, though it tends to be bass heavy at low volumes and there’s only one audio mode that allows it to be turned back. There’s no equalizer for the Livesound mode and Audioclarity+ is only available with Megabass on. It does have much better midrange than most Bluetooth speakers I’ve listened to.
-Livesound does provide a fairly convincing stage depth effect when positioned in front of the listener properly.
-It tends to rollover easily on uneven surfaces.
-Both apps could use some design and usability improvements, but they both work.
-Even with autostandby on, it will remain on and connected to my iPhone indefinitely, even with no audio playing.
-The lighting could use more effects and more customizability, and it would be better if it could get brighter when plugged in.

I purchased this speaker for my Can-Am Commander SxS, it fits in my rear window perfectly and the bass and sound is amazing compared to other speakers that I have tried, it is very loud and clear, great price compared to other models this not only sounds great but the features with the app are great, will be purchasing Sony in the future.
