I purchased a Nimo and after about a week the screen went completely black. After a day or 2 it came back on but I wrote a review and the company reached out and offered to replace the laptop and refund me. I was pleasantly surprised by the offer and agreed. They apologized and I sent back the defective laptop and received not 1 but 2 laptops. I contacted the company and stated there had to be a mixup because 2 laptops came. She thanked me and requested that I send 1 back and I did. AFTER only 2 days of having the replacement, It did the same exact thing. The laptop went completely black but this time it won’t turn back on. The quality of this laptop is horrible. I am a DJ and I purchased this laptop originally for that purpose. I spent time loading music to this laptop only for it to go completely black again! This has been a frustrating experience. Customer service was great but I would not recommend this laptop.

Sims 4 has been so fast compared to my old one
The battery lasts decently, it was about 50% after 40 minutes of sun haven. My old laptop died before 40 minutes of sun haven.
It’s sleek. I appreciate how the keyboard feels to type with. Overall, this has been an awesome purchase for me. I didn’t have the money for a super expensive gaming laptop, and buying a ps5 for final fantasy seemed silly to me. Now I can continue online school and game

Bought it during Cyber Monday at a “50%” discount only to find out they inflated the price to make it seem like a discount at the end it was only a 5% discount. The computer itself is trash. The keypads get stuck, the top key pad doesn’t work for volume or brightness, it runs out of battery when shut down how? When it does run out of battery good luck getting the charger to charge it with its loose ends it looses connecting and stops charging. As of now the computer hasn’t turned back on. Also it doesn’t seem to be 32gb ram more like 8 it freezes a lot.

First, I would just like to say it took me a bit to find the charger they packaged it in such a way it just blended in with the box. Oops. The screen is not touch screen, which was surprising. The keyboard is a bit odd in the numberpad section, there is no enter key for the number pad, as well as having the + and – keys up top in the same row as the Function keys. It runs fast though, so I’m excited to try it out
