    Some difficulty setting up some of the macbooks. The Voice Over commands are annoying. Also, some difficulty with some of the basic software. Specifically the Apple Pages and Numbers applications.

    Opening the lid is a bit difficult since it’s so well made and sealed. I wish it came standard with 1TB SSD, 16GB ram, and better quality webcam. Seriously, phones has a bigger hard drive and better camera than thislaptop

    The M1 processor really does run cooler than the older versions of the Air. The battery life is also quite extensive – much more than 4 hours.
    I can run older software with the help of Rosetta, which downloads with a prompt when I first open the old software. Rosetta limits the old software to running on just a single processor, so execution is not faster. Running more than one instance of the same software can cause Rosetta to become confused, with corruption of the duplicate outputs. Perhaps future software updates will overcome these limitations of Rosetta.
