    I’ve been a fan of Lucky clothing and shoes for years. I previously had a pair of leather heels from them that lasted about 20 years. Some quality! I am super happy to have found these shoes AND that they appear to still have the quality control of 20 years ago.

    These Mary Jane flats are super cute and well made. Also – surprise, surprise – they don’t require a breaking in period. I wore them for the first time for an entire day of running errands which meant a lot of in and out of the car and on my feet and walking for long periods. I had bandaids with me anticipating a blister at some point but the blister never happened. The leather is only slightly stiff at first and is a nice quality that stretched and molded enough to my foot to *not* cause any discomfort in the first long wear.

    The fit is spot on. I wear an EU 40/US 9 (in this case). I went by the European size since American sizes can fluctuate between shoe brands (for me).

    I got the silver color and it is well done. What is not clear from the product photos is that these have more of a burnished, almost light copper colored toe which fades back to bright silver. Hopefully my photo shows the color a bit better. I like it, it’s pretty, and it is not a solid silver. The sole is flat rubber, no special padding, but plenty comfy to run around in.

    I really love these shoes, they look a little like ballet flats and can be either casual or dressy. I would get these again for sure.

    They go with everything and are perfect for work during the holidays. They come true to size. The back rubbed my Achilles heel the first wear but eventually softened up. They are moderately slip resistant. The material is leather and are a durable thickness.
