    Speaker itself is awesome. I purchased open box excellent when there was already a sale. The speaker arrived with a large dent in the front grille and clearly was not in the condition specified. Customer support refused to replace the item and said I could only return it and purchase it again at the non-sale price

    When I tell you i made the best decision yet. I wanted a good speaker for my july 4th bbq and this speaker did not disappoint. Its exactly as pictured. The sound has great clarity. It comes with a handle so you can roll it like luggage lol instead of heavy lifting. The sound made seam like i had a dj in my backyard thats how good it sounds. It also comes with a app easy to work the speaker without getting up to do so which is a plus for me. The highlight was when it got dark my husband was like a little kid enjoying the different light features and the different beat sounds you can add like your a real dj. So go run and buy it.

    So I was already looking for a jbl partybox speaker and when i heard the sound and quality it was a no brainer. It was only a plus that it came in white too! I love it! So pretty!

    I recently bought this JBL speaker and purchased the microphone set to go with it same brand. It was expensive but it was the best quality investment I could’ve made. Everyone at the party had fun as soon as we plugged it to karaoke in my iPad. One speaker sounds pretty loud and the bass is on point. The microphones are a must for sure great quality and easy to connect.

    I love this speaker. It works great with my phone, tablets and laptop. The sound is great, easy to assemble, easy to connect to other jbl speaker and easy to connect a wireless microphone. Could be used for many different occasions.

    I bought a sony and returned it for this. I could’ve been more happier. This thing is very loud for its size. The bass is insane. I love the swappable battery and the light shows

    This speaker exceeded my expectations completely. The 18 hours can possibly be achieved if you have it at about a quarter of the volume without the light display on and bass boost off. Getting another battery to backup for portable use would be ideal if you want to jam the 1st few hours to the max before you pop in another battery. An outlet is ideal if you want to jam to full compacity at a party. I’m definitely investing in a 2nd one in the future to pair!
