I’m fairly pleased with it. Good specs for the money. But I was taken aback when I tried to boot the first time. “No hard drive detected.” I was thinking, “oh, great. I’ll have to ship it back. But it’s an SSD, so I was pretty sure I knew what it was.
Popped it open. Sure enough. The power cable to the drive was in no way connected. Amazon, you might want to chat with the assembler on this and make sure they CONNECT THE POWER before shipping these out. You have to wonder: how did they test it?

I always do my reading in reviews before I make a purchase. I was having mixed feelings about this but for the price and all the great things advertised I was like this is a steal. This was a present for my 14 yr old. I got it cause it showed really cool glitter on the outside and rgb keyboard and mouse. We opened the package Christmas morning and I was soo disappointed the glitter was just a wrap that was not on all the way the keyboard double clicks the letters and the mouse actually works fine so no complaints on the mouse. I guess the saying you pay for what you get. Lesson learned will never from this company again..
Oh and that was just the surface issues the drive is so slow it keeps kicking us out our wifi and I even got the wifi extender. Just spend more money and get one from the store. 2 stars for it coming on time and the mouse working

Bought this PC for my 5 year old to “game” on and so far he loves it and it works great! And it came just in time for Santa to leave it under the tree! Shipping was fast

Everything works as they should. I had no problems, WiFi worked and got fixed. 1TB is a lot of storage. It’s just the case that threw me off.

This pc runs the sims 2, 3, and 4 smoothly with mods! Never had any issues and the graphics are great for what I’m playing. Will update if I have any other concerns.

I hardly review negative on products. In this case I feel I have to in order to save others from making the same mistake. My step son wanted a gaming PC. Since it’s his first I decided on a refurbished PC. This is not as advertised. It definitely does not have WiFi as listed. If you buy this plan on installing an after market WiFi adapter. If this wasn’t a present from Santa this would have been returned. Less of a complaint is in the picture it looked like a flat silver camo. It’s actually a sparkly disco ball cover. Very deceiving. I could have lived with this if it wasn’t for the other issues. I’m not confident the other specs are as stated either. As the title says scroll past this product do not buy.

Product stopped working a month after Christmas. Our daughter only had three games on it. It won’t open any programs at all. My husband knows computers, and it’s still not operable at this point, we gave up.
