    I was in the market to purchase a used/refurbished iPhone X. There are plenty online venders you can purchase from. I went with BestBuy just because I can pick up locally and wouldn’t have to wait.
    I also was leaning towards BestBuy since they advertise as “PreOwned” which I prefer because I would like the OEM display & Battery.
    I took a risk , seeing the reviews of some devices having scratches or bad batteries.
    I am pleased to say I have received a MINT CONDITION iPhone X !
    There is not a single scratch or dent except for a small mark on the top , but who cares when a case is on 24/7
    the only thing I would note is the BATTERY LIFE is at 85%.
    not too bad but will be getting serviced soon.
    I was also worried about the display but everything checked out on the “3utools ” device verification. ( 98% )
    below I have attached pictures / please note i have installed a screen protector.

    The phone is in excellent condition and packed with charger and cord. Has been performing without fault for a month. The iPhone X has been off the market long enough that finding a shock resistant case for it in local brick and mortar retail outlets was more difficult than finding the phone! Eventually found a compostable case for it.
    Would definitely look for pre-owned again.

    Worst purchase from Best Buy ever. I really don’t understand why I even made this purchase. I can’t believe this company sells a product to any customers in this condition. So I bought an unlocked iPhone X for $299+ tax. I received the iPhone X unlocked like I ordered. But when I checked over the iPhone information, the battery is a bad battery. I was sold an unlocked iPhone X with a battery life of 77%. Meaning I was sold a bad product. Which means the battery will die quickly every time used. This is really ridiculous. I want a refund or exchange with a better battery. I cannot believe I was sold this item in its condition.

    Was ok for the price, physical condition 9/10. What I really didn’t liked was that battery was 80%, this is something they should advice while we’re buying.

    its an great phone but the batter life not so much you will have to change it after awhile my phone came in at 75% at apple its 69 dollars to change the battery

    Great prices, great people, simple activation, Best Buy offers aftermarket iPhones that you can buy and activate through any carrier of your choice making it easy to stay up-to-date when you can’t afford all the brand new phones that you can still get one that’s pretty new but not so old

    Came in like new condition. Battery could last longer but otherwise it’s a great phone. The rep tried telling me that the phone wouldn’t work on prepaid however a Verizon rep said it would work as long as it’s unlocked. The phone was unlocked and works great for prepaid service.
