   Don’t do it! As tempting as it may seem. I received my “certified” refurbished iPhone 12 on March 28, about a week later I moved my SIM card and data to it. This was purchased to replace a seldom used personal phone that has been forwarded to my work phone for years. I left the newly purchased phone forwarded until July when I started the task of untangling the two. I received my first phone call on July 8th and could not hear the caller on the receiver – took to geek squad the next and found out the repair is going to cost $490, I paid $399.
   Best Buy said there is nothing they can do other than sell me a new phone or repair.

   Received phone and was happy at first but found out it was locked and I couldn’t activate it, also several scratches found on the screen. I ended up returning and buying a different device
