This laptop was very easy to setup and start using. I only use it for email, photos, and Microsoft Office. It’s fast, great display and the keyboard has a nice touch.

As soon as I ordered this it was already in delivery in like an hour and for that, I am grateful. But, this posting says that this laptop has one 16 gb RAM and its a lie, it actually has 2 8GB RAM. Another lie in this posting is that this Laptop has a USB 2.0 when in fact it doesnt.
Probably very minor things to others, it still is a great laptop for the budget but, for someone who needed for specific uses like me it would have been helpful to have this info.

My laptop was crashing and rebooting itself since the day I got it. I thought it was doing updates until I investigated and it was some power issue causing critical error. Refunded but $40 lost for restocking. How are you going to restock a broken laptop?

Only negatives… can’t install a 2nd internal drive, monitor must be viewed straight on, and no backlit keyboard. But can’t be beat as a budget laptop. I’m happy.
