I love this little light. I tell everyone on the job site about it. One thing to be aware of is you are not buying an actual Milwaukee brand light. It’s clearly not nearly as durable. I wouldn’t want it to fall off a ladder or something. Look at the price though. It’s bright and when I put in a 6.0 high output battery it kept a room I was working in lit the whole work day. I have a Milwaukee light that cost me over $100 and it is much more durable, but it stays in the truck since this one is so much smaller and takes up less space in my pack out. Also this one is brighter than my Milwaukee light at 1/5th the cost. I’ve had to tighten up the nuts and bolts that hold this together once. It doesn’t use lock nuts so I’m sure I’ll have to do it again. All that said, I still love this little light and it has been my go-to light for the past 4 or 5 months I’ve had it.

Sturdy and very bright leds, with a fully charged new battery it will go the distance. Other reviews say it drains the battery too fast, they need to buy new batteries. Good tactile switches.

  3. Ross

Picked it up on a whim. It’s nice and bright, super simple and durable.
Would be 5 stars but there is a very small constant battery drain even when it is not in use (drains a 5ah millwakee battery in 3 to 4 days)

I do fleet maintenance at night so I need a lot of light this puts out some light. Also the the charge ports on the side work great. Will keep my lap top top running when I forget the cigarette lighter cable.

I’m really thrilled with this light! I love getting more use out of my expensive tool batteries. The light itself is pretty high quality. It is very, very bright. Point it at the ceiling and it will easily light a medium size room. Outside, it throws more light than the high beams on my truck. The switch is supposed to have two different light settings but I can’t tell the difference between the two settings. I bought this as much for the USB charger as the light. This works great as well. The manual is very clear that the unit shouldn’t be left attached to the battery for storage. This is because the USB charger uses a tiny amount of power even when it’s not being used. This will eventually take your batteries down to 0 volts. If that happens, you won’t be able to charge your battery with the standard Milwaukee charger. This is unfortunate and bad design. A simple “off” switch would solve this problem. The red plastic feels a little cheap. Nobody would mistake this for something made by Milwaukee. With a battery attached and the wire handle up, it’s a nice stable unit that can be carried comfortably and will stand up and stay where you put it. Really, for the price, it’s a great unit. Better than Milwaukee units at double the price.

Hello I bought the 20W 2000LM & the 27W 2700LM with tax cost just under $50 CAD with Prime…. I am happy both have good light 27W was $3. Cheaper but is probably the better in-house work light as the light pattern is wider & dose not shine as far. The 20W is more of a yard spot light. If I was to complain about a couple of things I would say the clear plastic lenses are thin & could brake or crack if I drop the light ( but really as the red base is plastic & the M18 battery is plastic I should not be dropping it anyway)….. 2nd thing I bought the 20W to be more of a Hydro outage/power-cut or camping night light as a ad review on hear from someone said the 20W was not very Bright. I was expecting I-O-II ( Low Off High ) switch would turn on 8 LED’s on Low & 10 LED’s on High…. however all turn on with high & all also with low but really not much lower then high. ( the 20W shines further than the 27W) if someone is reading this as is not sure which to buy the 20W or 27W really. If you have a lot of Milwaukee M18 batteries on hand just buy both & put one away for use when you have a power cut…. The WITLIGHT round light in the photo is over 2 years old I got as a gift probably very expensive. ? I like it more than the new light I just bought but can’t find anyone selling a WITLIGHT… But back to this review $26.20 all in with Prime to my door…. is a ok deal but I think think the 27W at $3. Less for $23.17 all in is the best…. hope this helps ((( when I was looking at the reviews before buying most detailed reviews where for the other two (2) versions so figured I would post me 2cent option )))

I opt in getting the 38W being it was decently priced at $14.99. I ended up buying 2 cause of the price. I bought these cause I needed a good bright light while biking at night for the price I could use my milwaukee battery and use it for other things. In the video I compared the milwaukee hand light and this light. On the low setting the light drowns the milwaukee. We will see how this does paired up with the other one. Update soon to come but so far I’m liking it for the brightness and how compact it is comes with a handle to hang it too.

    ***UPDATE*** 8/24
OK this light actually is awesome. I will be putting another review up since I did buy 2 of these. But that review will show a video of how bright the light was when I took it biking. I placed the light right in the middle of the bike and it shined down the road pretty far and about 5 ft off the trail into the bushes on just low. This is worth picking up!

I’m always skeptical of aftermarket products. But this works well and is well worth the buy.

    So beautiful and bright

  11. Elizabeth Morrison

This light works great. Great for the price. Works with the Milwaukee battery….the package looked like
It had been run over by a truck. I can’t believe it wasn’t damaged and that it worked.

  12. Greg

Great price for this convenient work light that attaches to all of the batteries I already had , brighter than expected and also charges phones and others with ports attached. Thanks

  13. Scotty

    Works great
