    Super soft material like align and wunder train mixed together. True to size, be aware that there are no strap adjusters on this bra

    I’m happy with how this bra fits based on the size guide provided but I wasn’t expecting the straps to be so finicky. They have a tendency to flip on my shoulders which is uncomfortable when I’m doing lat pulldowns and floor core exercises. It isn’t a deal breaker though. The material and cut is very comfortable, and the support is great for lifting and cardio.

    The fabric is a little sheer when you remove the foam cups inside, but that’s just the nature of white fabric and I completely expected it. It fits well and feels fairly supportive. I wouldn’t wear this to do anything high intensity, but this would be perfectly fine for yoga or a low intensity work out (like they say in the description).

    The straps are not adjustable, unfortunately.

    Perfect bra for small boobies. Wouldn’t recommend for someone with larger boobs (if you’re doing planks your boobs will come out)

    Just yes. The material is thick enough to provide support with the pads that aren’t too thick and don’t move around when you’re training. For reference, I used to be a 34DD and now I am a 32B and most sports bras that have this minimalist look don’t do anything for my flapjacks. But this is everything I’ve been looking for
