I had an experience with this sight combo at a range, my friend has it on his AR, and I really liked the sight and the magnifier, so I decided to buy it for myself.
The packaging and material quality of the sight and magnifier are well above other options for the price, so I was very exited when I opened it. However, unlike the other red dot of this model I tried earlier, mine had a very fuzzy dot that was more like a short thick line. It would only become a proper dot if I moved my eye to the side a bit, but then I would not be looking directly through the sight. Somewhat disappointing, everything else about the product is top-notch for the price point. The magnifier is great, very sturdy, clear lens, no complaints there.
Seems to be a quality control issue, will be returning.

i was flat out impressed. the red dot was very nicely packaged, fitted foam, sturdy box and in a plastic bag, al the parts were. it fit up real nice and easy. but when i got to the magnifier, what a let down. just in a sealed plastic bag. that had bells ringing in my head. but it too fit well and seem to do it job. the problem was, the red dot. was not crisp it had rind around it with spikes flaring out. i called for a replacment and will see if that is a normal thingy. i also called monstrum, they said ” send it back! “. will up date later.
*(new update)* with the replacement, set’em up and went to the range, dialed them in. and WOW!! i like ’em. the new red dot is crisp at all settings and the mag dose just that, in a great way. ever thing worked and stayed in place lol. I, got a bit lost on the zeroing. but when i got it, yeah! good price, good service, and a great tool.

Love this red dot on my set up, glass is clear and the magnifier makes everything so much better. The mount is sturdy and the red dot is bright with a clear lens for the magnifier, sturdy too. Haven’t lost zero on it after 100 rounds and for an optic combo that costs this little it performs very well. Great price for great quality

It’s sturdy,it’s holds zero so far 300rds of 762×39,looks good, but the dot is a bunch of scattered dots not crisp, but it is cheap. The magnaifier has a solid flip, locks in place

Ill say that the red dot itself is a littpe fuzzy. Its not the most crisp dot youve ever seen. But its such a good scope that it doesnt bother me at all. Its a great product, the adjustment features work perfectly. I had this scope dialed zeroed in less than a minute. You have the ability to change the side that the magnifier flips to. Magnifier itself is top tier. Overall, this performs like a product that you’d easy pay twice as much for.

My buddies made fun of me for not just getting the sig Romeo and Juliet. They quit laughing when I consistently hit steel 100 yards away with my 556. I bought another one of these for my Kriss Vector too hit steel at 100 yards with that too.

I’ve had two of these sets for around a year now, and both continue to work great. The magnifier is high enough quality to be used with a better red dot and still hold it’s own.
