    The battery life does not last on it (only for a couple of hours). Also, I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t be able to use Google Photos because the phone isn’t capable of downloading IOS 16.

    I bought this for it was a great price IMHO but it was missing items it stated it came with. It was certified and that was one reason I got it, but missing items is why I returned it and upgraded to a mini 12 instead. My loss someone else’s gain I guess. I tested this Iphone and charged it before realizing it was missing some items before I personalized it. I made sure it was factory reset and took it back to Best Buy and ordered a different one.

    BestBuy sold a locked phone marketed as unlocked and “Geek Squad Certified.” Not sure what that cerification means, but you don’t have to be on the “Geek Squad” to open the settings on an iPhone to check if the device is locked/unlocked. Very disappointed. A simple step could have prevented this from ever happening to anyone. Very disappointed to say the least.

    This little phone is worth having. I had to replace my daughter’s iPhone that no longer worked with this one. No problems
