I purchased this item 7 months ago. Stopped powering up but has a 1 year warranty. Called Amazon to get manufacturer info. Unable to get any contact info from Amazon. So now what? Buy it somewhere else.

this pc has been great! i’ve had it for about over half a year now and it runs great 🙂 when i first got it, i accidentally left the windows driver plugged in (noob mistake it’s my first pc) and it softlocked my entire computer, bluescreening over and over, i brought it to best buy and they fixed it for me (thank god) and it’s been working ever since! just don’t make my mistake and leave the driver plugged in lol

good pc. sturdy as a horse but leds stop working after a while 🙁 wish there was a way to get them working again . despite that , would be five stars !

My computer bought 8 yrs ago.its pretty old.
When I got paychecks last month,I mean why not.i was paying attention on this gaming computer few weeks ago.its small,easy to to carry.saved lots space for me.the RBG lights is the best part i liked.very very cool!if you wanna turn it off.you can remove the line from the back.
This one is very easy to upgrade.
So far so good.fast boots!love it very much.highly recommended.!thanks for sharing.

I love the speed and it runs every game I want it to as well as running great with my programs for work. Only bad thing is the microphone input does not work, and now (5 months after purchase) my rainbow LEDs are no longer turning on.

Purchased this computer unit on December 12, 2023 as a Christmas gift. Computer quit working in July 2024. Several communications with seller has resulted in no solution and no replacement even though the description indicates a one year warranty. Please inform me of next steps to get this resolved.
